Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair bundles, closures, frontals, or other hair products once an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing their purchase to ensure all selections, including product type, length, and quantity, are correct.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we will work to resolve the issue accordingly.
Items must remain unused, tags attached, and in their original packaging to be considered for review.
Bougie Bundles reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet these requirements.
